Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Intern for Program Finance in Northampton, MA. The role supports the finance team with business acquisition and program execution activities, including invoicing and reconciliation.

You will work in a dynamic environment assisting internal/external stakeholders, with tasks spanning billing guidance, revenue cycles, and process improvements. This internship offers exposure to defense finance processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial functions associated with business acquisition proposals and program execution.
• Set up, validate and generate complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract terms.
• Provide daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations for billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Assist cash application process through research and reconciliation.
