Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college offering Accounting or Finance programs.
• Must be 18 years of age to work on a construction site.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in learning how AI and data tools support financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Intern Program and meet learning requirements with supervision.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger tasks.
• Support billing review and project cost coding.
• Help with budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities.
• Gain exposure to AI-enabled tools for finance reporting.
