Job summary

OnePay in New York City is seeking a Finance Intern to support financial planning, analysis, and operations initiatives. You will help build models, assist in reporting, and contribute to budget reviews, investor materials, and cross-functional projects.

You’ll join the Finance team and collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury to drive action for customers. The program includes mentorship, workshops, and leadership networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field; Fall 2027/Spring 2028.
• At least one prior internship or sizable personal/projects.
• Availability: full-time, 8 weeks, 2027-06-21 to 2027-08-13; NYC office 3-4 days/week.
• AI-native: daily use of AI in analyses and modeling.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Eager to grow in fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Team Integration: work with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury on day-to-day deliverables.
• Real-World Projects: build financial models, assist with month-end close and variance analysis.
• Skill Building & Career Growth: attend workshops, resume building, interviews, and mentor sessions.
• Mentorship: guidance from manager and a dedicated mentor throughout internship.
