Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Global Business Operations Intern to gain hands‑on experience in MSI’s Global Sales Operations organization. The role supports automation, process improvement, and data‑driven decision making within the Office of the COO.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and test AI automation solutions, while building presentation materials for stakeholders. Internship eligibility includes ongoing enrollment and work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AI and its use for process automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
• Research AI tools, platforms, and best practices for automation development.
• Test AI models for automation prior to production release.
• Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions.
