Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for data trends.
• Demonstrated basic AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to adapt to new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• US work authorization (sponsorship not available).

• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial forecasting models and tracking key performance indicators.
• Leverage AI tools — including Claude, Copilot and others — to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks and surface insights faster.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) is required and SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for exploring data and uncovering trends.

Drug Testing

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
