Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

You’ll learn to build analytics and reporting solutions while exploring how AI is reshaping modern analytics. Here are a few things you'll do:
Identify and translate analytical results into insights and recommendations
Perform data analysis and validation
Build dashboards and reporting, and responsibly leverage AI tools to accelerate analytics tasks
Build relationships and interact with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Complete a capstone project and present to a large audience.
Hands-on experience working on meaningful and challenging projects, with the support of a dedicated team and an assigned program mentor

Are currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's in a related field.
Have an understanding of Excel and SQL; experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not expected
Have an analytical mindset and a curiosity about exploring data to find new insights
Have a desire to expand your AI literacy and the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools in analytics work
Are an effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills
