Bobby Rahal Honda is seeking a Finance & Insurance Consultant in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will process credit applications, handle financing paperwork, and review documents with customers at delivery. You’ll promote protection plans and coverages and help clients understand their financing options.

The role requires strong customer service, communication skills, and prior automotive finance experience; PA Vehicle Sales license assistance is offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience preferred.
• PA Vehicle Sales license (we will help you acquire if necessary)

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications and submit them to various financial institutions for approval.
• Fill out and organize all state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions.
• Review paperwork with customers at time of delivery.
• Explain benefits of additional products such as service agreements, paint/fabric protection, and road hazard coverage.
