Job summary

Temecula Valley Lexus is seeking a Finance Manager to coordinate financing and insurance for customers. You will prepare all legal documents, secure lender approvals, and educate clients on extended protection products.

The role emphasizes timely funding, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. Experience in automotive finance and strong communication are valued, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

2+ years automotive finance experience preferred, or 5-8 years related finance experience. Training available.
Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
Experience in Advent and ADP is preferred.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-Starter and Self-Motivator.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers with explanations of products.
Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders per state and federal law.
Prepares all documents for vehicle purchases in a timely manner.
Maintains relationships with lending institutions for competitive rates.
Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and dealership policies.
Guides customers from Sales to Finance and explains finance programs and benefits.
Achieves targeted Sales and Finance goals and ensures client satisfaction.
