Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager in Florida to lead the finance and insurance process during vehicle purchases. You will determine financing needs, present transparent pricing, and manage all compliant finance transactions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will collaborate with sales and service teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage automotive

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Strategic thinking and execution skills for finance processes and customer solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build relationships.
• Experience with auto finance products and dealership lending processes is a plus.

• Greet customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Work with customers to determine financing needs and payment options.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and drive profitability.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers and close deals.
