AutoNation Inc. in Texas seeks an F&I Manager to lead the finance process during customer vehicle purchases. You will bridge sales and lenders, present a transparent financing menu, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Welcome customers to the store and transition from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases.
• Determine financing needs and payment options via consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and maintain product knowledge for customers.
