• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong verbal skills including telephone etiquette and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage tasks/projects efficiently.
• Demonstrate creative thinking for process challenges and issues.
• Foster partnership between Finance Help Desk and customers internally and externally.
• Provide input on internal processes when recurring issues are identified.
• Promote team environment and integrity among help desk agents.
• Provide documentation to payees securely and access banking/financial systems as needed.
• Escalate incidents to SMEs for high severity payroll and credit hold situations.
• Transcribe voicemails and classify cases for routing and resolution.
• Deliver high level customer service to internal and external customers with confidentiality.
• Document all communications in the case management system.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues using templates/knowledge documents.
