Job summary

The Franklin Regional Council of Governments seeks a finance and grant administration professional to join our team. Position will manage budgeting, expense tracking, and fiscal reporting for the Health and Medical Coordinating Coalition (HMCC), a regional emergency preparedness program.

Duties also include procuring supplies under MGL Chapter 30B. Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to work independently and on a team are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of grant administration, budgeting, accounting, or procurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and fiscal reporting for HMCC.
