Job summary

RWE Group in the United States offers a two-year graduate program in Finance with four six-month placements across the group. You will gain exposure to Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Investment & Valuation, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations while using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

About The Role

Over the course of two years, you’ll progress through four six-month placements of your own choosing, rotating across the entire RWE Group. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibilities with real impact, and you’ll be able to gain experience in a wide range of areas including:

Job Requirements And Experiences

Are you passionate about the energy industry and looking to make an impact with a dynamic, fast‑growing business? Want to gain exposure to many different areas of finance, including highly quantitative work? Then you could be just the kind of person we’re looking for! Some relevant experience is useful, but not essential. What you must have is:

• A strong degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable subject area with a focus on Controlling, Finance, Risk Management or Accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Resilience
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, automation technologies or AI-enabled productivit tools would be advantageous
• Motivation to take on new challenges whether operating independently or within a team
• A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions
• Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out growth opportunities
