Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or strategy is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Rotations across FP&A, BU Finance, Corporate Strategy, and other finance areas.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals and a path to a full-time role after program completion.

Job Description

The SPARK Graduate Development Program is Hewlett Packard Enterprise Finance & Strategy's flagship early-career rotational program, intentionally designed to ignite the next generation of finance leaders through hands-on experience, executive exposure, and structured development across core and strategic finance functions.


About the Program

Join our dynamic Finance and Strategy team through a structured Rotation Program designed to accelerate your career. Over the course of 24 months, you will rotate through four different teams/functions, spending 6 months in each. This immersive experience will expose you to a broad spectrum of strategic and financial disciplines, preparing you for a permanent placement in a team that aligns with your strengths and interests.

Qualifications

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.


United States of America: Annual Salary USD 55,500 - 125,500 in Texas. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
