Overview

Come join Intuit’s CAO (Controllership, Assurance, & Operations) team as a Finance Go-to-Market Lead! This operational role is responsible for facilitating assessments and prioritization of billing & offering related initiatives. The person will work closely with business unit marketers, product managers, accounting, operations, and engineering teams to understand end-to-end offering requirements and identify/drive supportable enablement options that maintain financial integrity. Additionally, the role involves helping the business identify and prioritize new monetization capabilities to scale.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects related to billing and monetization initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Driving process improvements and system enhancements for billing and revenue systems.
• Ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.

What you'll bring

• BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Business Systems or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of project management or business analysis experience, with emphasis on requirements gathering and process design.
• Strong systems knowledge, including ERP and finance modules (e.g., BRM, Oracle Financials, RevStream).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and work across functions and locations.
