You will lead initiatives, partner with finance and operations, and drive KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize cash flow and working capital.
• Develop and implement strategies for AR, AP, and inventory management.
• Monitor liquidity to support operations and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Leadership on cash flow planning.
• Provide insights on cash flow implications for decisions and growth.
• Lead process improvements and digitization of cash processes.
