Qualifications

• 1+ years securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Travel Less than 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Receives and directs visitors and telephone calls; maintains record of inquiries.
• Processes money movement of funds and disbursements.
• Transmits and receives messages with home office and ensures proper delivery of orders.
• Maintains documentation for cashiering to meet compliance requirements.
• Assists with opening client accounts and supports client onboarding.
• Monitors document status and handles importing, scanning and submission of documents.
• Provides general administrative support to branch management.
• Maintains and updates files, records and other documents.
• Maintains inventory and distributes office supplies.
