Responsibilities

• Manage high volume client interactions by phone, email, in person, and virtual.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and generate client-specific reports.
• Assist with marketing events and seminars.
• Follow training and stay updated on firm policies.
