Campbell Soup Company, based in Camden, NJ, is seeking an Associate Manager, Sales Operations Finance to support Direct Store Delivery (DSD) networks with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will serve as the SME for IDP stale chargebacks, validate data, and advance standardized reporting through Power BI.

You will work across Sales Operations, DSD Field Sales, IT, and Finance to deliver actionable insights, maintain controls, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly close support, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present complex financial information.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
• Discretion handling sensitive financial information.

Responsabilités

• Lead recurring IDP stale chargeback processes with analysis and communication.
• Prepare leadership summaries and distributor-level analyses to explain chargeback drivers.
• Develop quarterly stale objective rates and thresholds for stale chargebacks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop quarterly stale product exception items.
• Load and maintain stale objective rates, exceptions, and related data in systems.
• Respond to business questions on IDP stale chargebacks, objective rates, and related transactions.
• Maintain process documentation, methodologies, policies, and controls.
• Prepare recurring/ad hoc financial analyses translating data into insights.
• Communicate results, risks, and actions to business partners.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and finance reports.
