Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience or related roles.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly close support.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with driver-based forecasts.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals and ability to handle confidential information.
• Independent, with excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring IDP stale chargeback processes with data validation and analysis.
• Prepare leadership summaries and distributor-level analyses to explain chargeback drivers.
• Develop quarterly stale objective rates and thresholds for stale chargeback processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate quarterly stale product exceptions.
• Load and maintain stale rates and data in systems of record.
• Respond to business questions on IDP stale chargebacks and related financials.
• Document processes, methodologies, and controls for standard operating procedures.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses translating data into business insights.
• Communicate reporting results, risks, and recommended actions to partners.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring finance reports.
• Support special projects involving DSD Sales Operations and route-finance activities.
