Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required or closely related.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in project accounting, fixed assets, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, capitalization rules, and fixed asset accounting.
• Experience with Workday or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project accounting: budgeting, cost tracking, capitalization, and closeout.
• Manage fixed asset accounting: capitalization, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Assist month-end close with journal entries and capital expenditure reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, PM, FP&A) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
