Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance regulations, and menu-selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including vehicle service contracts and GAP coverage.
• Secure financing approvals by establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders.
• Ensure all deal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with requirements.
• Review credit applications and structure financing options that meet customer needs and lender guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales management to maximize vehicle sales opportunities and dealership profitability.
• Maintain current knowledge of finance products, lending programs, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
• Deliver a transparent, professional finance experience that drives high customer satisfaction.
