Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Previous professional sales experience.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.

• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report) and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Make a monthly projection of vehicle requirements by department for the next 90 days.
• Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit and department profits.
• Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
• Sell Extended Warranties and aftermarket items.
• Establish relationships with finance sources and obtain approvals for deals.
• Coordinate paperwork and approvals with finance sources.
• Meet with every salesperson daily to review results and plan actions.
• Conduct sales meetings and facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople and handle rate quotations.
• Ensure all paperwork has correct title, lien information and taxes.
