Job summary

Mercor seeks experienced finance professionals fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will work in digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools to create, review and grade tasks in alignment with German practice.

Responsibilities include drafting realistic requests, defining what good looks like, and reviewing AI work for accuracy against local regulations and terminology.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in German and able to operate in professional financial contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Build realistic digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools.
• Write tasks in German grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
• Define grading criteria and evaluate whether an AI agent’s work meets professional standards.
• Review an AI agent’s step-by-step work and correct mistakes or omissions.
