Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience including controller-level responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience and government contract accounting familiarity.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and e.g. DFARS/CAS audit environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, tax, program finance, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage general ledger, month-end close, and consolidated reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis in manufacturing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and decision support.
• Coordinate audits with external regulators and customers; ensure audit readiness.
