The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably within manufacturing, and is skilled in cost accounting and financial reporting. This position offers competitive compensation starting at $250,000 annually, along with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5 years in manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and production planning workflows.
• Proven success implementing and optimizing ERP-based financial systems.
