Hasbro is seeking an Executive Associate to support the SVP Corporate Finance. This role blends administrative excellence with project coordination and business exposure, designed for a high-performing recent graduate seeking a path into Hasbro's Finance organization.

Initially onsite Tue–Thu at Hasbro's new Boston HQ (later in Pawtucket, RI or Boston interim site). You will gain visibility into enterprise operations and collaborate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience demonstrating initiative, organization, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders - ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination.
• Attend select meetings with the SVP or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability.
• Participate in project work that deepens your understanding of Hasbro's business.
