Hasbro is seeking an Executive Associate to support the SVP Corporate Finance. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business exposure, offering an accelerated path into Hasbro’s Finance organization.

Ideal for a high‑performing recent graduate seeking visibility into enterprise operations. The position is onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Boston, MA (or Pawtucket, RI interim).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience demonstrating initiative, organization, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Intellectual curiosity, collaboration and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination.
• Attend select meetings with the SVP or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions.
