Acts as the SVP's gatekeeper and chief of operations, keeping priorities and executive commitments on track.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:Manage a complex calendar across AEP Transmission leadership, corporate finance, the President's office, and external stakeholdersSupport the SVP's direct reports with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative needsCollaborate with peer executives and their teams to align calendars, share information, and coordinate cross-functional workPrepare and coordinate materials for executive and regulatory meetings; track deadlines for monthly close, forecasts, and capital plan cyclesScreen and prioritize inquiries, route issues to the right finance leaders, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate travel, expenses, and logistics for meetings, site visits, and conferencesHandle confidential financial, personnel, and regulatory information with discretionSupport team operations: onboarding, offsites, recognition events, and department budget trackingWhat we’re looking for:Executive Administrative Assistant SG5Education:High school graduate or equivalent education and /or experience.
