Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) in Anchorage, Alaska, seeks an Executive Vice President for Finance to lead the financial actions, asset management, and facilities operations of the organization.

The EVP will partner with the President/CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial sustainability, guide the finance team, and develop strategies to meet SCF’s long-term goals while honoring Alaska Native community commitments.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business field required or equivalent training and experience.
• At least ten (10) years of progressively more responsible experience in healthcare financial management including revenue cycle; at least five (5) years as a Vice President or CFO.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial actions and asset management and facilities of SCF.
• Direct the performance and operation of the corporation and ensure SCF’s financial sustainability.
• Develop and implement strategies with the President/CEO and EVP team to achieve SCF’s short-term and long-range goals.
• Provide guidance to Vice Presidents in the organization.
