Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Ten (10) years of progressive financial, operational and strategic experience.
• Experience reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening financial operations.
• Goal-oriented visionary and effective communicator.
• Hands-on executive leading mergers and acquisitions, start-up and divestitures.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Committed to high ethical standards and customer/shareholder focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities for the company.
• Oversee accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, M&A and investor relations.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Provide strategic budgeting, cost control and pricing guidance for contracts.
