Job summary

The Ohio Office of Budget and Management seeks a skilled leader to oversee critical functions within the OAKS Financials environment on the RACM team. This role leads a team of Senior Business Transformation Analysts and ensures successful management, integration, and enhancement of key OAKS modules.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong project leadership and a commitment to statewide financial excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate core coursework completed in business/public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field.
• 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design or related areas.
• 6 months training or supervisory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the PeopleSoft Functional team for the OAKS Financials GL and KK modules and the Oracle Cloud Budget & Planning system.
• Serve as General Ledger lead, ensuring accurate account lines and reconciling funds.
• Manage key PeopleSoft configurations including Chartfield setup and budget structures.
• Provide production support for GL and KK modules, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Define and analyze functional requirements and document design, configuration, and testing needs.
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and scenarios for complex changes.
• Oversee fiscal year end close activities for GL and KK, including budget posting and rollover.
