Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise Finance/Accounting systems and shared services.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and support system implementations, process improvement, and user adoption.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Finance/Accounting leadership with IT to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Harmonize processes across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to standardize workflows.
• Support enterprise platform initiatives—ERP evaluations, vendor demos, fit-gap analysis, and migrations.
• Serve as liaison between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify automation, reporting, and workflow optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate UAT cycles and track defects to resolution.
