Amazon is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation Manager to lead its Finance ERP transformation for Accounting. You will coordinate across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners to deliver a unified program.

This role requires deep accounting knowledge, strong program leadership, and the ability to influence senior leaders while driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) or leading a project and partnering with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting program execution for Amazon’s Finance ERP transformation, establishing the integrated plan and governance.
• Drive design, configuration, data, integrations, controls, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
• Partner with Accounting leaders to translate requirements into program decisions and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and SAP/implementation partners.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive narratives with clear decisions and risks.
