Financial Education Summer Intern

As a Financial Education Summer Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting financial wellness initiatives that help individuals, families, students, and community members develop the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions. You'll work alongside experienced banking and community engagement professionals to create educational resources, support financial literacy programs, and help deliver meaningful financial education throughout the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Gain Exposure to Financial Education & Community Outreach

As a Financial Education Summer Intern, you'll help support programs designed to improve financial literacy and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions. You'll gain experience working with community partners, creating educational resources, supporting events, and helping expand the Bank’s financial wellness efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and supporting financial education workshops and community outreach events.
• Help develop educational materials related to budgeting, saving, credit, fraud prevention, homeownership, and other financial topics.
• Support the creation of presentations, handouts, and digital financial literacy resources.
• Assist with research on financial education trends, community needs, and best practices.
• Track participation, feedback, and program results to help measure outreach effectiveness.
