Job summary

The University of San Diego invites applications for the position of Business Director of Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services, Auxiliary Administration. This role reports to the AVP Auxiliary Services and leads fiscal management for Student Affairs and auxiliaries, including Dining, Housing, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting required.
• Five years’ work experience in business administration, budgeting and accounting.
• Masters in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee the financial activities of Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services.
• Prepare and submit annual budgeting and forecasting analyses.
• Balance and reconcile accounts across multiple systems and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and provide financial counsel to leadership.
• Lead WOR meetings and oversee internal cash management procedures.
