• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in Finance and Business Service leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic planning for multiple finance areas to align with the division's strategic plan.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and debt management for long-term stability.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Supervise and develop Business Services staff (>=2 FTE) and onboarding programs.
• Serve as a financial advisor to Housing leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in COOP leadership and business continuity planning.
