Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a senior finance leader to direct the Finance department, including Accounting, Payroll, and Revenue Audit, with strong focus on internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, and delivering accurate financial reporting to executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have seven years of Accounting, Audit, or Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university; MBA preferred but not required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, and Word).
• Must be capable of operating in a highly confidential environment.
• Must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations and staff of the Finance department including Accounting, Payroll, Revenue Audit, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
• Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors performance and profitability.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with staffing objectives while managing labor costs and deadlines.
• Assist in budgeting; monitor adherence and report deviations to Executive Management/GM.
• Develop, maintain, and document internal controls for the Accounting System.
