Job summary

2060 Digital in Cincinnati is seeking a Finance Director who partners with the Senior Director, Finance to oversee daily accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting and payroll, and to ensure accuracy of financial statements across all markets.

The role requires leading month-end close, improving processes, consolidating reports from all 2060 markets, and supporting HR operations and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience in a service-based organization, including 3-4 years in a senior finance role supervising staff.
• 5+ years of experience managing month-end close processes across GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage projects from start to finish while meeting deadlines; strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience productively working with several different departments and providing information and resources to fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze revenue and expense variances for company and corporate reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, monthly forecasts, account reconciliations and other financial reports.
• Responsible for month close duties for assigned business units.
• Create reports and analyze financial and operational data to find insights, efficiencies and/or improvement opportunities with the business.
• Assist with year-end audit process.
• Prepare monthly closing reports and documentation.
• Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Evaluate processes and formulate plans for improvement focused on accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage assigned team member to ensure upward progression of knowledge and responsibilities and cross-training of duties.
• Responsible for both accuracy of financial statements and integrity of financial processes.
• Assist with consolidation and analysis of financial reports from all 2060 markets.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Senior Director, Finance.
• Complete day-to-day HR related tasks for assigned business units.
• Partner on the evolution and implementation of the culture strategy for assigned business units.
• Lead assigned HR related projects as assigned.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
