Practice by Numbers is seeking a Director of Finance to build and lead a lean finance function for a fast-growing vertical SaaS company in the Greater Seattle Area. You will own the monthly close, revenue recognition, and cross-border accounting with help from outsourced partners and future in-house hires.

You'll drive the annual operating plan, consolidate global budgets, and provide decision-support to executives and investors.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience building a finance function for a vertical SaaS company.
• Experience raising or participating in a fundraise or transaction.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the finance function, with clear policies and controls.
• Own monthly close, revenue recognition, and cash management.
• Lead OP1 planning, budgeting, and driver-based forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams (US/India) on accounting.
• Partner with People team on headcount planning and payroll taxes.
• Serve as finance voice to investors and manage data room for financings.
