Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions, a leading workforce solutions provider, seeks a Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting and reporting for senior leadership. You will analyze monthly financials, drive reconciliations, and manage AR and related departments.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and proven experience in corporate accounting, with strong analytical and supervisory skills to guide a team in a dynamic, ethical organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Experience in corporate accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Industry experience in budgeting, AR and cost reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial supervision and oversee accounting and reporting for senior leadership.
• Analyze monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Budget.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliations for AR and COGS if applicable.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Revenue, Prior Authorization, Records Departments.
• Review and submit invoices, P-Cards, purchases; assist with audits.
• Supervise staff in Billing and A/R; recruit, assign work and evaluate performance.
