Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Finance, Controller to lead site finance, oversee budgeting, reporting, and controls in a hybrid role. You will partner with the Site General Manager and leadership to drive accurate financial statements and proactive financial management.

This role requires strong IFRS knowledge, SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency, plus CPA preferred. You will coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial information and improve processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience focusing on financial reporting.
5+ years of experience managing a team with senior leadership interactions.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: develop and align financial strategies with Bora goals.
Reporting: timely financial statements, variance analysis, audits support.
Cost Accounting: monitor inventory and cost of sales integrity.
Financial Planning & Analysis: budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
Risk Management: ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
