Ideal candidates have 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, 5+ years in biotech/CDMO, a CPA is preferred, and strong ERP skills (QAD, SAP, NetSuite). Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting/finance, with 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or CDMO.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.
• Milestone accounting, project-based financials, and contract review experience.
• ERP systems experience (QAD, SAP, NetSuite or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with rigorous accuracy.
• Oversee financial statements, variance analyses, and leadership reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage revenue recognition for CDMO contracts and milestone payments.
• Collaborate with BD, PM, HR, and IT to align finances with operations.
