Job summary

Princeton University is seeking a Business Manager for the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment to oversee the center's finances, including endowed funds, grants, and partnerships. The role reports to the Executive Director and manages a grants manager and a financial assistant.

You will develop budgets, financial analyses, and reporting for leadership and donors, ensure compliance with university policies, and coordinate procurement and fiscal operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget planning and supervise grants and finance team.
• Manage endowed and gift funds, plan budget, and monitor grant funding.
• Provide leadership for internal grant funding and administrative support for proposals.
• Oversee sponsored research management including pre-award and post-award activities.
• Supervise grants manager and ensure effective sponsored research administration.
• Oversee Princeton E-ffiliates Partnership financial management.
• Procurement and operational financial management including procurement contracting and approvals.
