Zusammenfassung

Collective Energy is seeking an experienced finance leader to own our finance function. This hands-on role influences strategy in an early-stage company and coordinates outsourced bookkeeping and advisors.

You will own monthly close, budgeting, cash forecasts, and complex project financing structures for solar and storage portfolios, including tax credits and grants, while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance. The role offers a base salary and bonus with remote flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience in project finance or related fields.
• Experience in clean energy project finance and tax credits.
• Experience in audit preparation.
• Experience with federal/state grant accounting (including 2 CFR 200).
• Experience managing multiple sets of books.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project finance and portfolio management.
• Lead monthly close and consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate tax credits, grants, and financing structures.
• Manage liquidity, funding, and cash flow forecasting.
• Guide audit preparation and external audits.
• Support CEO in capital raising activities.
• Coordinate outsourcing of bookkeeping and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 and domestic content requirements.
