Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort in San Diego, CA seeks a dynamic Director of Finance to lead the resort's accounting and financial reporting across all operations, outlets, spa and banquet services.

You will mentor managers, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee AR/AP, payroll, and the ERP system, and drive accuracy in budgeting and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• Eight or more years of related experience with two years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for all resort operations and outlets.
• Lead and mentor managers to ensure accurate, compliant financial processes.
• Manage AR, AP, payroll, GL and internal controls in a high-volume environment.
• Coordinate with ERP and IT teams to optimize financial systems and reporting.
