Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in a multinational environment.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or life sciences is preferred.
• Strong FP&A, business partnering, statutory reporting, governance and internal controls experience.
• Experience with a regional shared services finance model is desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands-on, analytical and proactive approach in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance representative to the General Manager and local Leadership Team.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, HR and other functions to aid strategic decisions.
• Provide financial leadership to support commercial execution and investments.
• Evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives with objective financial recommendations.
• Promote financial discipline and accountability across the affiliate.
