Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with revenue accounting/gross-to-net.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue recognition for pharma/biotech.
• Strong GTN drivers knowledge: rebates, discounts, copay, returns, government programs.
• Experience building GTN forecasting models and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• SOX/compliance experience in a public company environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly product revenue and gross-to-net close activities, including accruals and reserves for discounts and programs.
• Oversee GTN accounting processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Strengthen control environment for revenue processes to support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop and evolve GTN forecasting models for budget, forecast, LRP, and scenarios.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Analytics, FP&A, and regional Finance on GTN assumptions and decisions.
• Drive analytics and management reporting for gross sales, discounts, reserves, and forecast accuracy.
