Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director of Finance for Spain and Portugal, based in Madrid, to lead the affiliate's finance strategy and governance. You will partner with the Country Manager and Leadership Team to drive planning, performance reporting, and decision support in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Responsibilities include regional finance coordination, liaising with Shared Services, budgeting, tax, statutory reporting, and internal controls to enable strong financial performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with multinational exposure.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or regulated industries.
• Strong FP&A, governance, and internal controls experience.
• Experience in regional shared services model desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Lead Finance, Spain & Portugal as senior partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, HR, and other functions for strategic decisions.
• Provide financial leadership for commercial execution, launches, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate business cases, contracts, and strategic initiatives with objective recommendations.
• Ensure financial discipline and governance across the affiliate.
• Coordinate month-end closes with regional teams for timely reporting.
