Job summary

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Finance Director for ITAD to guide financial strategy across the US. You’ll partner with senior leaders in finance, operations, and sales to drive profitability and growth.

This high-visibility role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing models, and capital planning, with a mandate to optimise working capital and drive commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance background.
• Experience within manufacturing, ITAD, reverse logistics, or asset-intensive environments preferred.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; SAP or NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Our client is a global electronics services business focused on repair, refurbishment, lifecycle management, and circular economy solutions.

This role has been created following the acquisition of an ITAD organisation and will support the continued growth and integration of the segment.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially focused Finance Directorto work closely with senior leadership across the US. This is a high-visibility role supporting business growth, integration activities, financial performance, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
